When you actually need five pages
Write down every question a customer asks before they hire you.
If that list is five or six questions that are all roughly the same conversation, get the one-page site and save the money.
If the list splits into three or four different conversations with different customers, you need pages. A contractor doing kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home remodels needs a page for each, because somebody is typing “kitchen remodel temecula” and that page is what ranks.
That’s the whole diagnostic and it takes ten minutes with a napkin.
What’s included
Everything in the Starter, plus:
- Up to five pages, custom designed to your brand
- Copywriting included. I write it based on how you actually talk, not fill-in-the-blank text.
- Service pages built to rank for the individual searches your customers make
- Gallery with lightbox
- Reviews section pulling your real Google reviews
- Full on-page SEO and schema markup, not just the basics
- Google Business Profile setup done properly, including the category work that matters most
- Analytics with real conversion tracking. Not just pageviews. Phone taps, text taps, form submits, so you know what’s actually working.
- Two revision rounds
- 30 days post-launch support
What “custom designed” actually means
Not a template with your logo dropped in.
Your color system, your type pairing, and a layout assembled from a component library for your specific business. A roofer and a coffee shop come out looking genuinely different because they’re built from different pieces, not because I threw out the system.
The timeline
Seven days from the day you send me your content. I’ve never missed it.
Your total time investment is about forty minutes: twenty on day one, twenty on day five looking at it.
The price
$950 flat. $475 to start, $475 on approval.
No monthly fee attached to the website. You get every file, the domain in your name, and hosting in your name.
Compare that to an agency: $3,000 to $8,000 and four to eight weeks, most of which is coordination between five people.
