Yes, and honestly it matters more than the website does. They're two different things. Your site is where people land after they've already decided to look at you. Your Google profile is what decides whether they look at all.
You can. It's about four or five hours a month, most of it in small pieces you have to actually remember to do, and the posting only works if it's consistent. Most owners start strong and stop by week three. That's what you're paying me for.
